29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes (including skylights) by covers: (a) Wal-Mart construction site - On or about January 13, 2017 oil change pits were not covered by covers to prevent employees from tripping or stepping into the open pits. Plastic drop cloths wae placed over the floor surface of the automotive service shop to protect floor from paint overspray and the outline of the of the oil change pits were outlined with tape on the plastic.
