29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): A forklift was used to support a scaffold platform while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the forklift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: a) On December 22, 2016, a subcontractor employee was exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately 14 feet while performing welding and torch cutting on structural steel members while on a wooden pallet elevated by a Lull rough terrain forklift Model 644E-42. The pallet was not attached to the forks and was moved horizontally.
