29 CFR 1910.1200(a)(1): The employer did not effectively ensure that the information concerning the hazards of all chemicals to which the employees may be exposed to, was transmitted as accomplished by the means of the employer's comprehensive hazard communication programs including labeling and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets and employee training: On or about 1/9/2017, the employer did not ensure an effective written hazardous communication program was implemented at the work site when employees were using stucco cement, which the employer did not have a copy of the SDS at the worksite.
