29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about January 17, 2017, Wyman Reeves dba Reeves Construction had employees exposed to fall hazards without fall protection, while performing framing operations. These fall hazards included: a. 28 ft. from roof and b. 18 ft. from third story balcony. Wyman Reeves Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 1014752, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 7, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Crimson Rose Drive, Madison, Alabama 35756.
