29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: For the employees working on or around the compressed oxygen booster on or about January 10, 2017 and times prior there to, the employer did not provide suitable pressure and flow regulating devices to regulate the pressure and flow of air from the compressed air cylinder to the pneumatic oxygen booster that is compressing the aviation grade oxygen into the compressed gas cylinder being filled as required in CGA Pamphlet P-1 paragraph 3.6.5
