JMS Inc.: On or about January 18, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards without having thoroughly trained employees on the potential respiratory hazards that could be encountered during daily operation while employees were performing operations including, but not limited to, machining, welding, shell casting, wax molding, metal casting and sand blasting operations.    e.
