29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) On or about January 4, 2017, the employer failed to protect employees from a fluorescent electrical light above the front counter line that had water running through it and dripping onto electrical equipment. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about January 18, 2017, at the receiving bump door threshold, the concrete had broken away from the threshold, creating a hole in the concrete. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1045348, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 5, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at U.S. Postal Service, 1636 E. Legrande Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46203.
