Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, were not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. Warehouse Siemens Panel: An electrical panel breaker was not marked to indicate its purpose. The lack of labeling of the circuit breakers exposed employees to electrical hazards and if an accident occurred, the expected result would be serious electrical shock and burn related injury.

The materials did not provide unobstructed access to the switch. b) Warehouse Labeling and Color Coding Station: Cardboard boxes and debris were stored directly in front of the facility's electrical switch. The materials did not provide unobstructed access to the switch. c) Warehouse Behind the Labeling and Color Coding Station: Cardboard boxes and debris were stored directly in front of the facility's electrical panel. The materials did not provide unobstructed access to the panel.
