29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasion: a. 726 Athens Road, Lexington, GA (Subway Store #15849) - Employees were exposed to lacerations hazards. The employees (food prep) were not provided hand protection (cut resistance gloves) when handling the sharp knives to cut-up food for preparation, on or about January 18, 2017.
