29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: a) On or about 1/10/17 at a construction site located at 4237 Volunteer Road, Geneseo, New York; employees were installing blocking while working from an extensible boom lift. The employees were wearing body harnesses with the lanyard attached below the waist on the wearer's side. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
