29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) Work Shop Denver at 1655 Winona St. Denver, CO: On 1/19/2017, the controlling employer did not ensure that periodic work site inspections were being conducted by a competent person to ensure that safety measures were in place to protect employees. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall and other safety hazards.
