29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (Construction Reference 1926.103)    a) Project Site - Employees were manually mixing and applying Saylor's Type I Portland Cement, a corrosive, irritating, and carcinogenic chemical, while constructing an exterior concrete block wall at the East side of the building. Employees were voluntarily wearing dust masks. The employer had not conducted an exposure assessment to determine if dust masks should be required or not on or about 1/19/2017.     Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
