Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1408(g)(1): The employer did not train each operator and crew member assigned to work with the equipment on all of the requirements of 1926.1408(g)(1)(i) through 1926.1408(g)(1)(v): On January 14, 2017, at the construction staging area, the crew members assigned to rig and position beams being unloaded from an open top shipping container were not trained on the safety hazards and proper procedures while working near power lines, exposing employees to electrocution hazards.
