Install visual and audible alarms outside the engine room entrance doors according to RAGAGEP such as ANSI/ASHRAE -15 (American Society of Heating Refrigeration Air-Conditioning and Engineering) - 2007, section 8.11.2.1 exposing employees to the hazards of dangerous concentrations of ammonia following a release in the engine room. b. Install emergency switch to activate ventilation outside the engine room entrance doors according to RAGAGEP such as ANSI/ASHRAE-15 - 2007, section 8.12, exposing employees to the hazards of dangerous concentrations of ammonia following a release in the engine room. c. Install an eyewash and body shower outside of the engine room according to RAGAGEP such as ANSI/IIAR 2-1999, (International Institute Ammonia Refrigeration), section 6.3.1.4, exposing employees to the hazards of dangerous concentrations of ammonia. d. Equip engine room access doors with a tight-fitting seal according to RAGAGEP such as ANSI/IIAR 2-1999, section 6.3.1.5, exposing employees to hazards of dangerous concentrations of ammonia.
