29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  a) Job Site - Employees were not provided with training in the recognition and avoidance of hazards as evidenced by employees being exposed to hazards such as but not limited to; employee using a portable electric grinder to cut steel and the flange guard was not being used and not wearing eye protection on or about 01/18/2017.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
