29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:   a) At the Auto Shop: Employees worked with hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, chemicals such as 6055 QMI Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid and PB Blaster (penetrating magnetic lubricant), and the employer did not provide these employees with the required training on the new label elements and safety data sheet format as required by the revised OSHA Hazard Communication Standard incorporating the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals prior to the effective date of December 1, 2013, on or about January 19, 2017.                                                                   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
