29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:    (a) On or about 1/19/2017 at 406 East 91 Street, maintenance employees of Convent of the Sacred Heart were exposed to chemical and respiratory hazards because the employer had not implemented a written respiratory protection program where full face respirator use was required during pool chemical handling and mixing.
