29 CFR 1926.1416(d)(3)(ii)(A): Lattice boom cranes manufactured after Feb 28, 1992, was not equipped with a device that could either automatically prevent damage and load failure from contact between the load block and the boom tip or warn the operator in time for the operator to prevent two-blocking. Breakwater - The anti two-blocking device was not replaced on the Terex HC110 lattice boom crane before returning to normal operations.
