(a) As observed on or about 1/20/2017 and 5/19/2017, for employees using chemicals such as, but not limited to, Line-X XS-BK100 Resin and XS-100 Isocyanate for the spray application of truck beds and accessories lining, in that, training for the new safety data sheets format and labeling system was not provided.
