29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(ii): The chemical manufacturer or importer preparing the safety data sheet did not ensure that it included Section 2, Hazard identification:    a. Section II of the safety data sheet (SDS) for Glass Armor 27P Activator did not identify flammability as a hazard and there was no flammability pictogram.  (Note: Section V of the SDS indicates a flashpoint of >105 degrees F which may indicate a Class 4 flammable liquid.  Section XV of the SDS lists an HMIS classification for fire of 1, which also indicates a Globalized Harmonization classification of a Class 4 flammable liquid.  Either a flammability hazard is required to be included in Section II or correction should be made in Section V and XV.)    b. Section II of the SDS for Glass Armor 27P Resin did not identify flammability as a hazard and there was no flammability pictogram.  (Note: Section V of the SDS indicates a flashpoint of >150 degrees F which may indicate a Class 4 flammable liquid.  Section XV of the SDS lists an HMIS classification for fire of 1, which also indicates a Globalized Harmonization classification of a Class 4 flammable liquid.  Either a flammability hazard is required to be included in Section II or correction should be made in Section V and XV.)    Abatement documentation is required for this violation.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(xi): The chemical manufacturer or importer preparing the safety data sheet did not ensure that it included Section 11, Toxicological information:    Section XI of the safety data sheet (SDS) for Glass Armor 27P Activator was inconsistent in describing hazards to skin, eyes, and the respiratory tract.  In section XI, under Acute Toxicity is stated, "may cause severe eye irritation," "may cause skin burns," and under, Effects of Overexposure, "can result in severe skin, eye, and respiratory irritation," but under Irritation is stated, "extreme corrosive."  Extreme corrosive is much more of a hazardous condition than severe irritation.    Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
