29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): (2) The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided. On or about January 19, 2017 and times prior thereto, employees of T/A Travel Centers of America, located at or near 3205 Valentine Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas employees were exposed to slipping hazards due to the presence of oil and grease on the shop floor.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about January 19, 2017 and times prior thereto, employees of T/A Travel Centers of America, located at or near 3205 Valentine Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas, the flexible power cord of the oil crusher was not equipped with a strain relief device where the cord entered the back of the machine. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of electrical shock.
