The employer did not guard sprockets, pulleys, and the edges of scrap belts of Flexo/Ward presses, which include but not limited to Flexo 423, 433, Ward 453, and 451 exposing employees to caught-in hazards at the ingoing nip points and rotating parts.    b. The employer exposed employees to caught-in rotating parts hazards from unguarded belts on the north side of Flexo 423 Press during normal operation.
