29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about January 18, 2017 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to 110V electrical hazards, while using electric drills connected to an extension cord where the cord had been pulled from the back of the plug exposing the wires inside. NOTE-Abatement certification is required for this item.
