29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a. On or about January 18th, 2017, at the above addressed job site, an employee was exposed to free falling more than 6 feet while wearing a 6-Foot Internal Shock Lanyard with an 18 inch extension and working at 44-feet from a steel beam of a commercial structure.
