29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(i): Each employer who had a workplace or operation covered by 29 CFR 1926.62 did not initially determine if any employee was exposed to lead at or above the action level of 30 micrograms per cubic meter of air (30 μg/m3) calculated as an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA): (a) MRT Acquisition Co LLC dba Majestic Rigging & Transport, 320 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80204: On or before January 12, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees working around lead contaminated debris were not exposed at or above the action level prior to starting work in the firing range of the US Mint in Denver. 29 CFR 1926.62(l)(1)(i): The employer did not include lead in the program established to comply with the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (� 1910.1200). The employer did ensure that each employee has access to labels on containers of lead, safety data sheets, and is trained in accordance with the provisions of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section. The employer did ensure that the hazards in this standard were addressed: (a) MRT Acquisition Co LLC dba Majestic Rigging & Transport, 320 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80204: On or before January 12, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees working at the US Mint during demolishing operations in the firing range were trained on their potential exposure to lead dust. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with lead. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
