29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a)  Monnettes Market, LLC on or about January 22, 2017, at the address of 5717 Secor Rd. Toledo, OH: The employer did not ensure the rotating processing components of the Bigbite Electric Meat Grinder  model #781A was adequately guarded. Employees feeding the machine by hand without the benefit of the manufacture provided stomper tool were exposed to amputation hazards at or near the machines auger bit. When performing the task in this condition, the operators hand was within proximity of pinch point created between the auger and grinder head.
