29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: a. Warehouse - Loading/Unloading Cooler Docks/Station Pallets Area - On or about September 30, 2016, the employer did not have sufficient safe clearances for an area between the loading docks (temporary pallet wrapping station) and the storage area at the warehouse. Employees were thereby exposed to struck by hazards.
