29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of 1926.501(b): (a) Colorado Framers Inc. at 195 S Monaco Parkway, Denver, CO 80224: On and before January 24th, 2017, the employer did not ensure that two employees installing decking on a three-story residential complex with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falling. Employees were placing plywood on the floor of an upper level apartment over a staircase, and were working without fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 20 feet.
