29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 5781 State Highway 180 #6028 Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about January 24, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to deck a high slope roof without fall protection exposing them to a fall of up to 9 feet 2 inches to the ground below.    THE OBED SOLDEVILLA DIAZ DBA  OBED SOLDEVILLA DIAZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1042123 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 10, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9615 WINDMILL RD. NATRUES TRIAL LOT 8, FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA, AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1193836 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 17, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6, GULF SHORES, ALABAMA.
