29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about January 17, 2017 at or near 104 Maranes St, Maumelle, AR 72113, the employer exposed employees operating nail guns to struck-by hazards by not providing them with safety glasses to protect their eyes from flying objects that could cause physical harm.
