29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. On or about January 25, 2017, during masonry construction activities at a work-site located at 19449 Frazier Drive, Rocky River, Ohio, the employer did not ensure employees working from a fabricated frame type scaffold were protected from falling by a guardrail, personal fall arrest system, or other fall protection system. The employees were working at heights of approximately 15 feet and 13 feet above the next lower level (ground).
