29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: On or about January 25, 2017, during the installation of roofing material for a residential construction project, located at sub lot 210-212 Ashbourne Dr., Westlake, OH, the employer did not ensure employees working from a ladder jack type scaffold were protected from falling by a guardrail, personal fall arrest, or other fall protection system. The employees were working approximately 2 stories above the next lower level (ground).
