29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Molding Department: On January 25, 2017 and times prior, employees used a Power Smith Ash Vacuum to remove combustible dust from the resin drier filter on the molding lines. The vacuum was not designed to be used to collect combustible dusts, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
