OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which is free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potential fire, explosion, and deflagration hazards associated with combustible flour dust and other ingredients. (a) South side of facility, small room between maintenance shop and scaling area : On or prior to 1/25/17, air-material separator(s) for the Spencer Turbine central vacuum system, which handled/contained combustible flour dust and other ingredients, were not equipped with explosion and deflagration protection. (b) Northwest side of facility, "use bin room" near White Bread line: On or prior to 1/25/17, air-material separator(s) for the Spencer Turbine central vacuum system, which handled/contained combustible flour dust and other ingredients, were not equipped with explosion and deflagration protection.
