29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords were being used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.     On or about 25 January 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were using a 208V flexible cord to power a portable conveyor that was wrapped around the rafters of the building, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
