29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about January 12, 2017 at the jobsite located at 2865 Lexington Lakes Ave , Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the employer allowed an employee to stand on a 7 on 12 pitch roof without fall protection while he attached Tyvek house wrap to the roof dormer. The measured distance from the edge of the roof to the ground was approximately fifteen feet.    The  company, AES Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952914, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on April 04m, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 10734 Coursey Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA.      The company AES Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1099324, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 03, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3133 Grand Way Baton Rouge, LA.
