29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. On 1/23/2017, Atek Building & Restorations LLC was tuck-pointing a commercial building located at 1 East Allen Street, Wentzville, MO. Two employees were not wearing protective helmets while working beneath a co-owner on the roof and a co-owner on scaffolding. The employees were subject to head injuries from possible falling tools and supplies.
