29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about January 26, 2017, employer did not enforce the use of fall protection equipment. Employees working on the roof had their harness on but they were not attached to the lanyard. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from and elevation exceeding 6 feet.
