29 CFR 1926.351(b)(2): Welding cable(s) in use were not free from improper repair or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder was connected.    (a) Second Floor Lobby - On or about January 25, 2017 employee used a portable propane Miller Bobcat 250 electrode welder with damaged outer sheathing and exposed wiring measured 1 inch from the electrode holder.
