29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  On or about 01/27/2017 an employee at the Laurel Court construction site was working from a scaffold platform that was supported by a rough terrain fork lift.  The fork lift manufacture prohibits the lifting of personnel.
