29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(1): The Employer did not identify the work zone by either demarcating the boundaries or defining the work zone 360 degrees around the equipment: On January 14, 2017, at the construction staging area, before beginning crane operations work boundaries were not marked with flags or limit control warning devices prohibiting the operator from operating the crane closer than 20 feet to a power line. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The equipment's maximum working radius could get closer than 20 feet to a power line and the employer did not meet the requirements in Option (1), Option (2), or Option (3) of this section: On January 14, 2017, at the construction staging area, the crane load line used to unload steel beams touched a power line, exposing employees to the hazard of electrocution.
