29 CFR 1910.151(c): Suitable facilities for quick flushing of the eyes were not available for immediate emergency use. On or about August 2, 2016, the water at the eyewash station located at the SE corner of the C4 turbine and the eyewash station located north of the C5 boiler (other side of MCC building) was not suitable temperatures for quick flushing of the eyes.
