29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours:  (a) Howard Plaza East Tower -  On or about January 26, 2017, the employer notified the area office of a work related in-patient hospitalization approximately 72- hours after the injures worker was hospitalized.  The employee was injured and hospitalized on January 17, 2017 and the employer reported the hospitalization on January 20, 2017.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
