29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about January 26, 2017, at 5134 Peachtree Road, Chamblee, Georgia: Two employees painting stucco from the basket of a JLG Model 600S aerial lift were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25-feet and greater when they did not wear fall protection harnesses with lanyard and did not tie off to the basket of the aerial lift.
