29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 30 Raritan Avenue, Port Reading, NJ 07064. Employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 9 feet to 19 feet from the eaves and rakes to the ground below while doing rip and tear roofing work on a single family, one story home and garage with no fall protection systems in place. J Master Builder LLC dba Amazing Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 966768, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/16/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 124 E. Parthridge Lane, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003.
