29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) At the shop, on or about 02/24/2017: The employer had no written hazard communication program, an incomplete SDS inventory, and no formal training implemented at this worksite where the employees used paints, solvents and other body shop products, containing irritant and combustible components. Abatement certification must be submitted.
