29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): The employer did not ensure that compressed gas cylinders were secured in an upright position at all times except, if necessary, for short periods of time while cylinders were actually being hoisted or carried.  This violation occurred on or about January 27, 2017 when welding cylinders were not secured.  Employees were exposed to being struck by cylinders if knocked over and rupturing.
