29 CFR 1926.758(d): Construction loads shall not be placed on any structural steel framework unless such framework is safely bolted, welded or otherwise adequately secured:      a) On or about 11/28/2016 - Unlimited Structures, LLC retained Santos Gutierrez Lion Steel, LLC ("Lion Steel") as a subcontractor at the SMP project located at 10799 Ed Stephens Road, Cottondale, Alabama.  Lion Steel directed a crane to place bundles of metal sheets weighing approximately 3,951 pounds (each) on a building structural framework that was not adequately secured resulting in a structural collapse.
