29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Beacon & Maryland Ave, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ: On or about January 30, 2017, an employee of Monaghan Roofing and Siding was installing roofing from a ladder jack scaffold. The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to the ground below.
