29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent): The employer is failing to ensure that employees who walked on a platform were fully protected from falls to a lower platform. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 555 Stuhr Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 on or about January 27, 2017. A standard guardrail was not installed on the Area 1 walkway.
